"Acts" is the sequal to "The Gospel of John' in that is made from the same production group, and in the same family is wonderful 'word for word' telling of the book of Acts. The story is well acted with the sets and costumes being very well made, giving a real sense of place for the actors to work in. I would highly recommend this movie.

Great Stuff

I love this DVD. It helped me a lot to appreciate the acts of the Holy Spirit, and I have watched it many, many times. It's probably one of the most watched DVDs I've ever had, in fact. I have all the series of visual bibles. If your bible choice is an NIV, these movies are a great way to embrace the bible. \r\n\r\nFollowing word for word from the NIV translation, the movies are a great visualisation of the biblical text.\r\n\r\nRecommended Act's and all the other visual bible series!
