Kara Powell, PhD, is the chief of leadership formation at Fuller Theological Seminary, the executive director of the Fuller Youth Institute, and the founder of the TENx10 Collaboration. Named by Christianity Today as one of "50 Women to Watch," Kara speaks regularly at national parenting and leadership conferences and has authored or coauthored numerous books, including Growing Young and the Sticky Faith series. She and her husband, Dave, are inspired by their three young adult children.

Jake Mulder, PhD, is the assistant chief of leadership formation at Fuller Seminary, executive director for FULLER Equip, and senior adviser for the Fuller Youth Institute and TENx10 Collaboration. Passionate about helping churches achieve their potential, Jake is the coauthor of Growing Young. He lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with his wife, Lauren, and their sons, Will and Theodore.

Raymond Chang is the executive director of the TENx10 Collaboration and president of the Asian American Christian Collaborative. A pastor, writer, and former Peace Corps volunteer, Raymond resides in Chicago with his wife, Jessica Min Chang, and their daughter, Sophia.
