NIV New Beginnings Bible

The decision to become a follower of Jesus is the most important decision anyone can make. It really is a new beginning. That's why Bible Society has produced the New Beginnings Bible. What makes it special is that they've included lots of resources to help new Christians as they begin the Christian life.  
  
Bible Society has created the New Beginnings Bible in the hope it will be a 'starter' Bible for those who have just begun, or are about to start, a life with God. They have worked across the churches to create resources that will guide the reader on what the Bible is and how they might start reading it, as well as explaining words and ideas that might be new and perhaps strange. They have tried to be free of Christianese, jargon and assumptions on what people might or might not know, but above all they have tried to introduce the love of God that sits in every page of the Bible. Bible Society prays that the New Beginnings Bible will be a blessing to many and help more people open the Bible, read it and find the source of all life and hope within it.
