It was great to read this story of Theo and Olive Simpkin working in China in the 1930s-50, a time of tumultuous change. It was also refreshing to read an Australian story as I have read many stories of British missionaries. \\nI loved how Theo waited on God in the matter of his marriage instead of charging ahead. \\nEasy to read and with lots of excellent photos from the era.
