Great strategies with a flexible approach

I really appreciate the shorter chapters as there is a lot to absorb in this book. The author is wise to give many perspectives on a multi-facetted issue. There is a portion that is helpful to nut out what meditation is and a way to go about it as this can be a vague concept that Christians just assume they should know how to do. I appreciate the lack of judgement and the encouragement to seek help in many different ways allowing the reader to feel in control of progress and no shame in choosing only some of the methods.
