This is a small but very straight forward book on managing anger. It doesn't deal with human techniques but creates an atmosphere of self analysis. Some of the points might be slightly author's personal biasviews and the reader might conclude being angry is altogether wrong. I don't think this is the objective of the book but what it does do is separate anger as a raw emotion because of what we want pitted against righteous anger that does not sin against God. It helps point out that a lot of the stress and anger is a result of personal grievances and the best way to deal with them is to focus on what would God want not our own self. Please read this book with a prayerful heart and ask God to help you read it with a receptive spirit and then commit and recommit yourself to responding to some very stressful situations in away that will honor Him and be an example to others that God may use to do the winning others part of Romans 12:21.
