2nd in the series, lots of new characters

This historical novel has lots of slow points about everyday living. There are some pretty traumatic happenings as well. I can't even really decide who the main character is, but it was nice to read about people doing life together. There is some sweet romance and plenty of people still to pair up for the next instalment.
