This is a well produced and acted movie about a lady who endures persecution during Romania's Communist era. Not only does she survive her persecution, she also inspires other prisoners to persevere through theirs. Because of a graphic death scene, this movie is best suited for older teenagers to adults.

deeply moving
This movie is deeply painful to watch. It takes the word suffering to a new level. It makes you think about your own life and what you think is hardship and pain in Australia is quite different to others who suffer around the world. This is a story about a woman who suffers for her political views and in a tiny cell in a cold and cruel prison she finds Jesus waiting to comfort her. A plum stone and a white wall. She writes the psalms on the wall of her cell with a plum stone and changes peoples lives and in the process The Father changes hers. We truly can have peace in every storm. The storm can rage around us but if we cling to Jesus with all our heart, mind and strength, peace can dwell within us. Gods love can bloom in our darkest hours and God can have glory in all our circumstances. only IF we surrender all to Him. Praise God for this movie. Please watch this movie, its deep and painful and really really moving. Most of all its a true story.
