    A Nice Read

The adventures continue as the Ingalls move to the wilderness of the unsettled Dakota Territory. They stay at the surveyors house which at 1st they are by themselves then later the house is filled with passing strangers whom they need to feed and offer them a place to sleep overnight. Pa puts up the 1st building in what will soon be a new town, and he makes a claim to build a beautiful house named the homestead. They settle and are happy at last no more travelling as they must stay on their claim for at least 5 years! In between the hard work and busyiness they still have fun together!
