This book was very intriguing and interesting. Based on the bible character Delilah who lead to the downfall of Samson, the novel gave interesting and creative. insight into the backstory of Delilah and her motives, thoughts, and desires. It was a book that showed the bravery of a woman who overcame many hardships and although it may not be true, it was an inspiring story. It does include some mature and dark themes and events but I really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone who is interested.

Captures you
I love Angela Hunt's books they are so descriptive and transport you to where the story is set. This one was no different. It is interesting to thing that people in the bible are actually real people are actually real people just like you and me. They were no saints they made mistakes and had to be forgiven too. This is a book of fiction but it is interesting to let your own mind wonder about the lives of biblical people. \\nAngela brings Delilah to life and weaves a great story around her and Samson. I love how each of them tell parts of the story from their view point.
