A really good read for a new believer, as well as seasoned believers
I bought this book and went through it with some of my youth kids back when I was a youth leader. My husband has been reading it and really enjoyed it. To sum this book up: a convincing encouragement to live the way Jesus called us to.

I receommend this book to every Christian!
Discipleship is at the core of what it is to be a Christian, and this is a wonderful breakdown of what that means and how we partake in the great commission.

Follow Jesus, the real one!
So impressed with this teaching series and this book by David Platt. Popularity is far from this breath taking call to true discipleship and to follow Jesus. The true joy in following Jesus is not in the event but in getting to know Him as you follow.

Worth the money!
I noticed this book based on Francis Chan's introduction. It is a very challenging exploration of Jesus command to His disciples (and by extension, US!) and I thought the perfect follow on to his earlier title,""""Radical"""". \\r\\n\\r\\nOk, to be fair, I haven't finished it yet (about half way through), but let's just say I won't be able to minister in the same way ever again.
