Excellent Explorer and Missionary in his own right

This book sets a wonderful backdrop to the David Livingstone book, so much of what David was able to do was because of the launching pad that Robert created through his pioneering efforts both linguistically and geographically. Fascinating and easy to read book, thought provoking and challenging to our sometimes mediocre Christian lives.
