a great intro to essential oils
This book is a nice, easy introduction to essential oils. It has a short chapter on each common oil, summarizing the historical uses of the oil, findings of recent scientific studies, and tip and recipes for how to use the oil. Dawn Camp has a nice, chatty way of writing, drawing on anecdotes from her own experience. I appreciate that the book has a good reference list to aid the search for more information about each oil.
