Jericho: The Promise Fulfilled, DVD (Special Edition)

Lego the Bible, what's not to love? Truth be told the makers of Jericho did extremely well not only in taking a bible story and reenacting it using Lego bricks but also the way they did it was very professional. They added a touch of humor in some parts yet never went overboard and the stop motion design used to create the film is quite seamless and this is testament to the care the filmmakers took in making the folm. However, one of the best things about this production is that regardless of whether the viewer is a toddler, child, teenager or adult, all ages will be able to enjoy this film due to the production values and biblically based script. If you're looking to give somebody a Christian DVD but not quite sure what would appeal you can't go wrong with this title as not only is it a story out of the bible but it's so well made that people from all walks and ages will be entertained. Recommended

My boys really like this movie. They say that it was funny and covered a lot of events in a short space of time. The animation was in a different realm to the Lego Movie (2014) but carries itself with it's own style and charm. Some modern touches lighten the tone but don't compromise this timeless story.
