    So Good

Even though I have read many John Owen books over the years, I found this book an excellent revision and overview of Owen's teachings. \\nThis would be a very good introduction to any that are not familiar with John Owen, but is also very enriching to read of itself. It covers communion with God, living by the scriptures, the doctrines of salvation, justification by faith alone, and assurance. Also the mortification of sin, and the glory of Christ. Owen's teachings are very Christ centered and food for the soul. \\nI would highly recommend this very well written book. \\n
