A Brilliant Book
This book is such a helpful book in understanding how we can, and should, know God. This book can be used for individual reading, or in small groups (like I did). Packer helpfully includes reflection questions for each chapter.

Foundational
I read this when I was 16 - it was life changing and gave me a great foundation in my knowledge of God which has carried me through many difficult seasons and questions. I now buy them 5 at a time and give them to my mates.

Nothing wrong with this, one but there is a better book - also by Packer
I found Packer's book """"Concise Theology"""" to be better organised and written, but there is nothing wrong with this one

Every chapter is full of solid teaching about God which correctly orientates us in our thinking. Definitely will re-read and reference.

Fantastic Edition
A tiny, weathered version of this book sits on my shelf at home. I saw this and was intrigued to see it still so popular. The added Study Guide is a huge help, to ensure the reading, while accessible, wasn't glossed over. You are forced to slow down and meditate thoughtfully. A basic primer on the character and nature of our God deserves just that.
