This is a very helpful and thought-provoking book by Richard J. Foster. In this book, Foster addresses three areas which offer great challenges to living the Christian life, namely, money, sex and power. Using Scriptures and drawing upon practical examples, Foster discusses both the dark and light sides of money, sex and power. Used wrongly, these three things will enslave us, hinder our relationships with God and limit our usefulness. When used in a disciplined and ethical way, however, they will enhance our relationships with God and also our Christian usefulness. I'd highly recommend this book.
