Great study bible
This is a beautiful book inside out. The fonts are very easy to read and the commentary on scripture is great. As a greek orthodox christian with english as a first language, I really connected to this. The book has photography of icons throughout which I found fairly unique compared to other study bibles I was looking at purchasing. I would recommend this book to anyone that wants to delve deeper into the orthodox faith and really get an understanding of the meanings behind the messages and rituals practised.

A masterpiece- Scholarly and spiritual
If you are after a true reproduction of the original scripture, this is one of the best options out there. It includes footnotes, articles, artwork, maps and beautiful Orthodox prayers. This is a product of years of work and valuable scholarly experience. \\r\\nMy only criticism is that the footnotes are too good to just ignore. I find reading the scriptures takes so much longer as I try to absorb it all through the commentary.

The most amazing Study Bible
This is the most amazing study Bible, or Bible I own. \\r\\nNot on ly is the presentation and layout great, the font is large and easy to read, but the notes are just incredible. I feel like this was written for me! There is heaps of helpful notes, and they truly are among the best in any study bible out. I love the fact that the apocrypha is in there (as Orthodox canon) and the OT is a translation of the septuigant. as quoted in the New Testament. \\r\\nI am not Orthodox, but I believe this is the best Bible I own. I highly recommend this for any Christian: Orthodox, Catholic or Protestant. \\r\\nGet this and open your mind to the richness of our Christian history and heritage. \\r\\n

I Learnt A Lot
I learnt a lot from this Bible. With all its commentary from the church fathers, and poetically translated apocrypha, it's very accessible and helpful to me, someone who is not eastern orthodox. Thank you Koorong!
