Jen Wilkin helps readers explore ten ways God is different from us - and why that's a good thing. In the process, she highlights the joy of seeing our limited selves in relation to a limitless God, and how such a perspective frees us from striving fruitlessly beyond our created nature.
Human beings were created to reflect the image of God-but only to a limited extent. Although we share important attributes with God (love, mercy, compassion, etc.), there are other qualities that only God possesses, such as unlimited power, knowledge, and authority. At the root of all sin is our rebellious desire to be like God in such ways-a desire that first manifested itself in the garden of Eden. In *None Like Him*, Jen Wilkin leads us on a journey to discover ten ways God is different from us-and why that's a good thing. In the process, she highlights the joy of seeing our limited selves in relation to a limitless God, and how such a realization frees us from striving to be more than we were created to be.

After reading In His Image by Jen Wilkin, I had to read None Like Him too. SO good and not a big book but filled with great wisdom and very insightful. I would highly recommend this book if you want to learn more about God and His divine character!

Highly recommended
This book explores who God is, especially how he is different from the people he has created. This is not a dry, academic book. It is theology brought to life with personal stories and very practical application to the heart of the reader. Although it is aimed at women, all Christians would benefit from this book.

Our God is truly awesome
Its a great book for connect group and bible study. It allowed me to know God in a fresh perspective. Answering the questions at the end of each chapter helped me to look within myself and with a sigh of relief let go of trying to do God's job and let Him just work through me. Highly recommended!

Great book to understand God's attributes
This book is a must-read for every Christian, as it describes 10 of God's transcendent attributes, and how it applies to our lives. I love the way Jen Wilkin writes, as it is very easy to understand (she uses a lot of good illustrations from her personal life). Most importantly, I love how she applies the truth into our daily lives. At the end of each chapter, there are helpful questions for reflections. This book is definitely worth a read for young and old believers.

People focused
I was disappointed with this book. I felt that it spent a lot of time focusing on what people aren't rather than on the attributes of God. I guess in that it achieved it's title in showing that no one is like God. Although it does point out ten attributes of God it is more to show that we aren't God.
