    some good advice

When I first started reading this it seemed like he was saying to people who have been doing something for a long time, to get out of the way - plenty of other people can do your job better than you. That doesn't match when the Bible says that the harvest is great but the workers are few. As a missionary for 37 years I see huge needs and people like to serve """"short term"""" ( preferably for a 2 week holiday). Even the locals don't want to slave away doing something worthwhile for a long haul. \\r\\nOtherwise I found this book good. \\r\\n
