This book is the journal of Laura Ingalls Wilder travelling to Mainsfield Missori each day she writes what she sees and does along their journey where they settle and make their home. Some parts are boring I wouldn't read it again but if your interested in Laura and her life you'll like it! Some pictures were in the book too which were interesting to look at.
