    Great read on Postmodernism

This is a helpful read on Postmodernism by Veith. Despite being written in 1994, much of what is covered in this book, is just as relevant today. Veith starts by covering the history of postmodernism - tracing back to the medieval, renaissance and then modernism. For the main sections of the book, Veith runs through and explains how postmodernism is expressed in today's thought, art, society and religion - while drawing comparisons to Christianity. This is a bit of a challenging read - packed full of sociological terminology, references to events before the 90s and some complicated language. But it's worth reading to better understand postmodernism which has taken a hold of the society we live in today, and what it all means for those who are striving to be faithful to God.
