    A Must Reading

I read a printed version of this excellent book by Ken Blanchard and Phil Hodges. Although it is a small book, it contains important leadership principles that will transform our lives and leadership if we would to imbibe and apply them. Looking closely at the servant-leadership of Jesus, Blanchard and Hodges consider leadership principles under four categories: (a) the heart of a servant leader, (b) the head of a servant leader, (c) the hands of a servant leader, and (d) the habits of a servant leader. The book comes with Bible studies, case studies, questions and action plans to help the reader internalize and apply what he has learned. This book will be highly useful for leadership training in the local church. Christian leaders who work in the marketplace will also find this book tremendously helpful. Highly recommended!
