What is the leadership formula?\\nLeadership is (Character + Conviction + Care + Competency + Credibility) / Time\\nIt is a catchy formula and something that is easy to remember. This book expands the above formula by giving some real world examples of church and family life. \\nIs this an essential leadership book? No. But it does have some interesting points.
