One of today's most influential minimalist advocates takes us on a decluttering tour of our own houses and apartments, showing us how to decide what to get rid of and what to keep. He both offers practical guidelines for simplifying our lifestyle at home and addresses underlying issues that contribute to over-accumulation in the first place. The purpose is not just to create a more inviting living space. It's also to turn our life's HQ--our home--into a launching pad for a more fulfilling and productive life in the world.

    Helpful and Practical

I really enjoyed this book. It was an easy read and practical. I found it full of so many simple things yet I hadn't really thought about them before like visual clutter. Helped me become more mindful and intentional when thinking of making purchases and throughout the minimising process. Great, helpful book that I would recommend.

    A brilliant book

I really enjoyed reading The Minimalist Home. I got a few pages in and got another truth bomb from Joshua Becker. His words pack a punch and motivate change. He gets to the core of why we are the way we are and how to change, to create the life we really want. This book differs from his first in the sense that he walks you through your home and gives you practical steps to follow to declutter. I'd recommend this book to anyone wanting to declutter their home and their life and learn some of the reasons why in order to truly declutter we also need to declutter our hearts.
