    Try Softer

    This book is literally life changing. An approach to healing trauma and a guided approach to emotional healing that is truly a gift!

    It is compassionate, God led and it should be a must read for anyone feeling stuck, triggered or just on a pain roundabout that doesn’t seem to ever be resolved and healed. I highly recommend continuing the journey with Aundi’s second book Strong Like Water, also a must read!

    A refreshing, self-paced guide to healing

    This book is a personal invitation from Kolber to join her on a self-paced journey toward healing. There are questions and prompts for reflection throughout the book, and Kolber gives the reader permission to pause and digest as often as needed. Rather than a step-by-step formula for healing, this book offers opportunities to experience kindness, self-compassion and refreshment. Reading this book is like walking through your own personal garden where you are truly welcome to stop and smell the roses.
