What on Earth Am I Here For? (The Purpose Driven Life Series)

I really enjoy his way of teaching. I listened to his podcasts for each day of the devotional. Although he doesn’t delve too deeply into the Word, he makes a lot of sense of fellowship which I think is his main point. He really makes me want to join a small group and study with fellow Christians, rather than just on my own.

What on Earth Am I Here For? by Rick Warren is a thought-provoking and spiritually enriching exploration of life's purpose. I recently re read this book after about 10 years. Wow!! It remains so uplifting, thought provoking and it has the potential to radically transform how you see and live your life on earth. I hope that every Christian can read this book at some point in their life. Cannot recommend enough.

Great well written chapters, easy to understand and all refers to scripture throughout!\\n\\nThis was my first book I'd ever read as a Christian and got all the questions answered and more!\\nI was in all the new age stuff and this was a bit of a return of the satellite in the right direction and debunking purpose and who I am. \\n\\nSo being able to understand that we're here for God's purpose and it really debunked the myths and lies I had been fed in a gentle way that was simple and easy to read. \\n\\nMy overall impression was I couldn't wait to read it as it was recommended to me by another mature Christian, and I'm glad I bought it! It's not my first gift to anyone who has recently given their heart to Jesus.
