Honourable people still make bad decisions
This was a sweet romance in an impossible situation. Bad decisions led to death and pain. Yet forgiveness and new beginnings are themes throughout. This had some good real life take-aways to trust God and tell the truth.

Beautiful
A Healer's Promise is a beautiful follow-up novel to the first in the Brides of Laurent series, A Warrior's Heart. It is a great reminder that, in the end, the truth will set you free. \\nAudrey drew me in from the first book, so I was very pleased to be able to read this one, which focused in on her. She's so gentle and kind and it makes you want to be her best friend! And Levi Masters is such a noble and upright man that you can't help but admire him. \\n This was such a heartwarming story and written in a very easy-to-read style. It was like a hug, warm and uplifting. I'm so glad I got the opportunity to read it! Bravo to Ms. Beller for such a beautiful story!
