A Woman After God's Own Heart

I am not a reader- really, it takes a lot for me to get into a book and actually finish it. But I was hooked after the first chapter and read one chapter a day until it was done, and by the end I had many new incites and practical tips to prioritise my life, stay focused and get my life on track to be the Woman of God I desire to be. Since completing it several months ago, I am still using these principles and practical skills and see a huge improvement in my life. Elizabeth George is a great writer- the book is very easy to read and interesting, and even though some of the ways she suggests putting the principles into practice are a little old fashioned (you will know what I mean if you are a younger reader), I still believe this book is a must read and life changing. I have since gifted it to many friends as well, especially great for those newly married or young mums. If you want to change your life for the better, it is definitely worth your time!

Elizabeth George writes with such a sincere, compassionate heart to other women, urging us to follow God with all our hearts and let God's Word guide us in our friendships, our choices and our marriages. I have recommended this book to many women who have all been very impacted by it too.
