a sweet story
I have a soft spot for Tracie Peterson's novels, as she was the first 'Christian Fiction' author I discovered back in my teens. I have to admit that I feel like I have outgrown her novels over time, and now find them a bit too 'easy read' with overly simplistic characters and plots. This was the case with this novel, however it was still a sweet story for a pleasant afternoon reading. I recommended it for teens who enjoy historical fiction, and anyone who enjoys an easy to read novel.
