A sense of wonder and reverence is basic to life and to faith. God revealed incredible things to the Prophet Ezekiel. He saw God's throne on wheels, moving
quickly from place to place He saw an army of skeletons reassemble and come to life He saw the glory of God leave the old temple and then return to the new temple

What the church needs today is a return to reverence - reverence for God's name and for God's glory.

The neglected Book of Ezekiel will teach you:

- How great and wonderful is the glory of God
- Why reverence for God's name changes our lives
- How and why God judges sin from generation to generation
- Why God sees the land of Israel as "the center of the earth"
- The wonderful plan God has for the nation of Israel

The Book of Ezekiel is a fascinating book that provides insights on history, theology, and practical Christian living as you behold the wonders of the Lord.

    Be a Reverent believer

Fully agree with the other review \\r\\n\\r\\nIn this book, Warren explains simply and clearly that we are to be reverent to come before obey God because He is Holy. It should be a must read for every Christian! \\r\\n\\r\\nWarren has an amazing spiritual gift to explain God's word; in a simple, easy to read, big picture concepts without either getting too theological nor skipping the key message of each book. \\r\\nHave found them so insightful that I read them with my Bible as I work through each book, as a daily reading.

    Simplifies this tough bible book

I read this book because let's face it, it's not an easy one to get into or understand! Where I'd normally head to the proverbs, psalms or gospels, I really wanted to unpack neglected portions of scripture and grow. \\r\\n\\r\\nThe suggested outline in the beginning of this book states that the key theme of Ezekiel is about restoring the spiritual heart of the nation. I couldn't agree more, and against this backdrop I have better been able to understand the tough concepts in this section of scripture. The commentary contains reflection questions at the end of each chapter which I found very challenging, and helped make the message of Ezekiel and God's heart more accessible to me.
