Wish I had known some of these things years ago! A great read.

This book is a biblical perspective on 5 types of loneliness. Some great insights and strategies suggested. I wish I had looked into attachment theory 20 years ago! The 3rd section of the book is specifically for singles. I appreciated the topic of cultural loneliness from my perspective of living in a different country and also from a Christian perspective of not fitting into the secular world. Well written and researched.
