The opening pages captured my attention so much quicker than Life Flight. I found the characters a lot more relatable and the circumstances more realistic. Really enjoyed this read. Every detail had a purpose and it all came together in the end. I was sad to finish the book but I feel satisfied at the good story it was! \\n

Crossfire
Second in the series, it can be read as a stand-alone. A fast paced novel mixing suspense, romance and faith. I felt like this was an overview instead of a detailed story. A few great twists and worth reading, but it could have been so much better. Great messages about regrets and forgiveness.

Romantic Suspense
I have always loved Lynette Eason's books and was so excited for Crossfire. The way Lynette is able to weave suspense, faith and romance together makes her books full of excitement. \\n\\nCrossfire was no different to the other Lynette Eason books I love. It is the second book in the series, but can be read as a standalone. \\n\\nI loved all of the twists and turns and unexpected moments in the book. There was always something happening and I could not put the book down. I loved that there was one storyline that you didn't know how it fit to the rest of the story. I loved that I was constantly trying to figure out how everything fit together. \\n\\nI also loved the character development and growth Clay, Julianna and Dottie all went through, particularly with their faith. That is what I love the most about Christian fiction books. \\n\\nI 100% recommend this book. And if you haven't read any other books by Lynette Eason then you are missing out.
