Heaven: Finding Our True Home (8 Studies) (Lifeguide Bible Study Series)

i think everyone wonders what lies beyond this world we all currently facilitate, and where we go afterwards. the subject of death is always a grim topic, however i don't believe it has to be. what this bible study booklet does is expands on the naive perception that society seems to have concocted of Heaven being nothing more than these pearly gates with cherubs playing harps. it taught me that, through certain scriptures, (such as the revelation of John and the book of Revelation itself) that there's so much more to expect than that. we (society) seem to have far too much of a focus on exactly how we are meant to access Heaven, without exploring what Heaven actually is and what's instal for us once once the flesh is no more, and our spirit departs the earth. i found most of these bible studies to be better in groups rather than done solo. i also found that unlike most of the other booklets, some of these bible studies are somewhat kid friendly too :)

Anyone interested in leading a study group through the book of Relevation will know that this can be a mighty challenge. \\r\\nHowever, Douglas Connelly's lifeguide to Heaven is a great help in allowing both personal reflection and group study to get to look at the details of John's Relevation. \\r\\nNearly all of our group came away from this study with a new understanding of some part from the sometimes baffling book of Relevation. \\r\\nWell done. A great resource.
