Jesus Storybook Bible Collector's Ed (Animated Dvd Included)$49.99
This book goes through the Bible stories connecting them with Jesus, it has beautiful illustrations. I thought it was quite good and helpful and didn't see a problem until it said that Jesus ascended into heaven then JESUS came back and filled their hearts. There was no mention of the Holy Spirit at all, they say filled with God's love after but that's it. The Holy Spirit is here with us, not Jesus, Jesus is up in heaven at the right hand of God, the father. \\nDon't get this for your kids, teach them the Bible not misinformation.

The CDs are brilliant!
The Jesus Storybook Bible is the best children's bible available! Every child AND adult needs to read it! We are so glad that we chose it buy this version with audio CDs. The audio presentation brings the book to life and our boys love to go to bed listening to the CDs. I HIGHLY recommend everyone buy this edition.

Must have Storybook Bible - DVD nice extra.
I absolutely love this Bible! I find myself getting excited, sometimes teary and often awed as I read it to my toddler. Although a kids book, It is even helping me to rediscover the joys of the gospel again, as I read about Jesus in simple yet so beautifully crafted words. Sally Lloyd Jones has a wonderful gift in storytelling. The familiar stories of the Bible have been retold in a refreshingly, simple yet profound way. It is not just a collection of odd stories that don't tie together, but it tells one big story: """"The story of how God loves his children and comes to rescue them. """" And as the subtitle says: """"Every story whispers his name. """" \\r\\nMy almost 2 year old is perhaps a little young for it but she still loves looking at the pictures and she has asked to """"watch the Bible"""" (DVD) almost every morning now for the past month (which is a great opportunity for me to read my Bible in a little bit of peace)!
