    Great Eschatology textbook

The book was written from the perspective of an author who converted from pre-millennialism to amillennialism view. It has great biblical depth, yet still relatively easy to read for laymen. The author starts by telling his conversion story from pre-millennialism to amillennialism, then elaborating on the principles for interpreting the eschatological texts in the Bible. Furthermore, he provided his criticism of the pre-millennialism in one chapter, then explaining dispensationalism and Matthew 24 the Olivet Discourse. I think this can be used as a textbook for any eschatology students who really want to learn about the different views of millennial.

    Great read

This is an easy to read book on the end times, it is a thoroughly referenced work. Sam draws upon his dispensational background to not only accurately represent this school of thought but critiques it from a solidly biblical point of view, he is fair and generous but uncompromising to Scripture. \\r\\nHe begins with laying down some basic interpretive rules which the reader can hold him to throughout the book. Then in the earlier chapters he presents the key biblical passages for the dispensation school and gives a biblical response from exegesis. As the book unfolds he consistenly in my opinion presents a case for the amillenial position giving a number of concluding chapters to the interpretation of the book of Revelation. This is a non speculative biblically grounded book on eschatolgy all Christians from whatever perspective will greatly benefit from hearing what Sam has to say.

For all serious students of eschatology

A very readable, scholarly text for those who earnestly want to understand an alternate view of eschatology. \\r\\nStorms gives us bite size pieces to consider before drawing them all together in his 'Cumulative Case Argument for Amillennialism'. \\r\\nThe book can be read and easily understood as an overview, or alternatively the reader can explore the very thorough referencing. Perhaps the latter would best be done on the second or subsequent readings. \\r\\nPremillennialism seems to have been popularised in much of today's Church and has an abundance of textual offerings, it is good to have such a quality alternative. \\r\\n'Kingdom Come' by Sam Storms offers an excellent alternative to Hoekima's 'The Bible and the Future' which has perhaps been the staple Amillennial text until now. \\r\\nEvery serious Bible student should access a copy.
