In the last stages of a genetic disease, Ellen Creighton has decided to live out her remaining days at the estate of her longtime friend Harrison Burlington. Harrison cares deeply for Ellen, but as a wheelchair-bound paraplegic, he's never allowed himself to get serious in a relationship. However, he's desperately trying to save her by finding the holy water that is believed to heal any disease.
When he locates two flasks, Ellen refuses to drink one of them because she believes the holy water killed her sister and father. In an effort to convince her to take it, Harrison ingests the contents first, and when Ellen witnesses the effects, she can no longer deny the power of the substance in the bottles. Dangerous criminals are also seeking the holy water, and Ellen soon learns they will go to any lengths to get the powerful drug--including sending her back into the past to find it for them.

Never Leave Me (#02 in Waters Of Time Series)$10.00
After really loving the first book in this series-and totally falling for Harrison and Ellen-I couldn't wait to finally read their story in this book. It didn't disappoint. Loved their relationship and Harrison's character especially. He was so sweet. The time travel aspect was really well done too-as believable as time travel can be. The story did kind of drag at times but I liked the characters so didn't really mind. Looking forward to reading more in the series.

Amazing Conclusion
This was an amazing conclusion to Jody Hedlund's Waters of Time Series. Although I'm sad it ended all too soon, I really enjoyed reading this book. We dealt more with the present in this book, but it was nice to be able to 'go back' to the past and visit Marian and Will once more. Loved reading about Ellen and Harrison's sweet friendship turned romance. Felt really beautiful to see them grow to love each other in a different way. \\nI highly recommend this series.

Exciting
Oh. Wow. \\n Now, I am not typically a big contemporary fiction fan (although, yes, this was a time travel novel, so it did also include historical portions), but I even enjoyed the modern day areas of this story SOOOO much! In fact, there was a greater part of the book that took place within the present timeframe than did in the past, unlike the first book in the series, Come Back to Me. And yet I still ADORED this one! \\n Author Jody Hedlund is certainly going to stay on my radar for any future time travel books she may release! She handles it INCREDIBLY well! I have loved both of the books in her Waters of Time series so far and am expectantly looking forward to whatever she may have coming our way next!
