Great resource for anyone who is depressed

Helen Rienits is a NSW GP who specialises in caring for people with depression. She has written a superb series of bible studies which contain a great deal of wisdom about depression. Helen explodes a number of myths about depression and in so doing empowers anyone suffering from depressive illness. Having depression is no one's fault any more than having a broken bone or the flu. Kate Harrower writes,""""The studies are very comprehensive, including medical information, well crafted discussion questions, encouragements, and practical suggestions. Each study is based around a passage from the Bible which participants read and discuss. It is very accessible, yet also addresses to the main issues in an approachable way. """"
