    Written for millennials and younger

Written in a slightly irreverent style I found distracting how utterly American it was. Other than the inferred suggestion that people cannot truly worship only singing hymns I appreciated the different experiences shared and view points of 3 different leaders. Having been through some similar situations I appreciated their grace and self-control whilst being lead by the Spirt and their acknowledgments of failures to do so. I think this would be a helpful read for the 20-30 somethings in leadership. I also think it would be good for congregants of any age to read to get a perspective on ministry life.
