I totally enjoyed this book - it is so relatable as Tara really expresses herself so openly and vulnerably. Practical ways of how to live a surrendered life and learning how to trust God in all seasons of your life. Her personal testimony is such an inspiration to me and I know will be for many who read this. \\nThe intricate design motifs throughout the pages add a lovely and artistic flair to the book too. It is well laid out and formatted and font is also easy on the eye. \\nMy 16 year old daughter also read this and loved it!

The 23 year old author is wise beyond her years, a must read!
Geared toward women because of the examples, but would be a beneficial read for anyone. I was shocked to learn the author is only 23! This was written in an accessible and easy flowing style. Some hard concepts explained with practical insights and personal stories from someone who is a self-proclaimed """"control freak"""" and a chronic illness sufferer. She explains taking up our cross as a commitment to living for the Lord. She quotes scripture through out and leans in to keeping it in context. A quote to whet your appetite: """"If our willingness to trust and follow God is based on demanding that He explain and justify all the parts of life that we don't like, that wouldn't be faith at all. """" The concepts in this book will grow you closer to God if you let them penetrate your heart. Get ready for a fruitful read!
