I'm a fan of the 5 Love Language books, and this is similar. The author's have some great insight into how we receive (or give) apologies in words or actions. A good resource for maintaining and growing in relationships. The examples are a bit heavy on married couples, but this book is for any relationships. Not sure I agree with every little point, but over all the concepts are great and I would highly recommend it!
