this is my absolute favourite novel ever written by melanie dickerson, and I only have one favourite. I can tell you now it is worth every cent you spent on it. \\nthe reason i seem so obsessed with this book is because it is so heart warming and you feel like you are part of the story itself. the tale is full of twists, deceit, sacrificial love, heart break, guilt, innocence, lust and most important, God. \\nYou really need to get this book because I have read it over 6 times now and I seem to have a never ending attention span for it. As a teen busy-body, I usually find it really hard to sit down and focus, but when I started reading this, I sat there until my parents got concerned. And that's saying something. \\nSo get the huntress of thornbeck forest now! You won't regret it \\n

Fairy Tale Bliss
If you love fairy tales and historic settings then this is the book for you!! Melanie Dickerson is a super talented author who is able to capture the pure beauty of our most beloved childhood fantasies and weave a fresh new perspective throughout. Robin Hood meets the Swan Princess!! Who would have thought it was possible for these two very distinct and different characters to crossover? Brilliant read that I can guarantee won't just peak the interest of the younger generation but also will appeal to more mature readers. Give it a go. You won't be disappointed.

Hunting the wrong swan?
A Beautiful swan has entered the dance floor. Odette is the most beautiful in Thornbeck. Her life turns around in this fantastic tale and meeting Jorgen the forester was a dream. But the shadow of this beautiful swan, was the enemy of Jorgen the Forester. . . . Highly recommended, MUST READ!

Beautiful and Gripping
Melanie Dickerson writes in such a way that you can feel the heart and angst of her characters as they go through the events of each day. I loved this book as it wrestled with the very real issue of following God's command to help the poor when it goes against the law. I fell in love with Odette and Jorgen as they tried to live out their lives loving people as God does. A truly beautiful story.

Swan lake retelling
This story is very interesting because the end is unpredictable and I always wanted to read more because I was so eager to find out what would happen next. This remarkable swan lake retelling is full of exciting twists, and has what the best fairy tales always have - a happy ending!
