    Decent and makes you think

An odd choice for my first foray in the literary Narnia universe, and it's not too bad. Might be more engaging for a child, but an interesting enough plot to keep it moving, with some nice surprises towards the end that push even the mature reader to reflect on human realities.

    classics

a classic story about a horse and his boy escaping property and slavery and finding Narnia, the place where they both belong. CS Lewis captures children's imaginations and leaves secret Christian theme throughout the pages
