I cannot wait for the release of the companion Study Guide, which will help to personalise the content at a deeper level. A must read for all who desire healthy and whole relationships built on a foundation of trust.

This is one of the most practical and encouraging books that I have read. Henry Cloud writes in such an easy to understand manner and makes principles and thought so clear. This is a book that when I finished, even before I finished it, I was sharing it with others. It is a book to own and reread often. Henry Cloud uses personal and everyday experiences along with his vast physcological training to help explain trust in all situaltions. I can't recommend this book enough.
