The book, as it is a collection of different writings and sermons on worship by Tozer, doesn't follow any consistent train of thought. Tozer himself is well known for rambling and going everywhere (and nowhere) at times, and this book really amplifies that effect. Scriptural insights were not as common as what I would have enjoyed. He said many things that were quite thought-provoking and interesting, but the infrequency of these moments, coupled with the eratic writing, hinders the potential of the book.
If you're seeking to learn more about Christian worship, I recommend you look elsewhere. However, if you are seeking to be spurred onwards and edified in your worship, then perhaps you may enjoy this book.
