Koorong's Click & Collect is a service that allows customers to purchase in-stock items online and pick them up at a designated Koorong store location. There is no service fee to use Click & Collect at Koorong.

1. Browse and order on Koorong.com for items in stock at your local store using our 'Find In Store' tool and checkout with the ‘Click & Collect’ option. All orders will be paid for at checkout.
2. Once our team fulfils the order and it is ready for collection, you will receive an email confirmation.
3. You can then visit the designated Koorong store and collect your order by providing a valid ID and the 'Ready for Collection' email. Click & Collect orders will be held for 14 days. After 14 days, uncollected orders will be restocked, and you will be refunded.

Yes, items purchased through the Click & Collect service can be returned in-store if they abide by Koorong's standard return terms and conditions.

Your Click & Collect order will be held at the designated Koorong store for fourteen (14) days from the date of the email confirmation. Should the order be uncollected within 14 days, all items will be restocked, and a refund will be processed.
