Nancy Guthrie is a Bible teacher, author, and speaker known for helping Christians understand how the whole of Scripture points to Jesus. She teaches at Cornerstone Presbyterian Church in Franklin, Tennessee, and leads Biblical Theology Workshops for Women internationally. Guthrie is also the host of The Gospel Coalition’s Help Me Teach the Bible podcast.

Her many books and Bible studies explore biblical theology, suffering, grief, hope, and the promises of God. Among her best-known works is the Seeing Jesus in the Old Testament series, which helps readers trace Christ throughout Scripture. Drawing from both careful biblical study and personal experience, Guthrie writes with clarity, compassion, and a strong emphasis on the gospel. She and her husband, David, also founded Respite Retreats for couples grieving the death of a child and cohost the GriefShare video series.
