This story gets better as it goes. A heart-warming journey with some twists and turns. Easy to read and I enjoyed this book very much.

A Wonderful Story About Not Only Chess But Family and Community
I enjoyed this book, it was a quick, easy read. While it wasn't one of my favourite biographies and I didn't necessarily find it riveting it had a quiet strength about it. The whole families strength with humility shone through. The parents wisdom and patient parenting spoke volumes and many lessons can be taken from that alone. The fathers hard work with joy was humbling and inspiring. The love of family and community, doing what it takes to help others without grumbling or complaint was also something to take away from this book. So while the book was about Tani and he just seemed like an absolute joy and delight I also took away so much from his parents stories and life. Tani and Austin's love of their parents and honouring them so highly with respect and obedience was also refreshing.
