The guides in this series by Tom Wright can be used on their own or alongside his New Testament for Everyone commentaries. They are designed to help you understand the Bible in fresh ways under the guidance of one of the world's leading New Testament scholars. Thoughtful questions, prayer suggestions, and useful background and cultural information all guide you into a deeper understanding of the Christian story and the Christian life. How should Christians behave while living in a hostile world that doesn't understand who we are or why we do what we do? In three letters, Peter and Judah provide some answers. We should abandon our old, selfish ways, learn the new habit of love, and put on the spiritual armour that helps us to face the suffering that might come. These nine studies show how the wisdom of these letters is still relevant. They remind us that, in the midst of hardship, the God who deserves all praise is the one who is able to keep us standing upright.

    Helpful Study Guide

This is a helpful study guide for either individuals or groups to get the most out of 1 Peter, 2 Peter, and Jude. (Confusingly in the title 'Judah' is used, but it is in fact referring to the biblical book of Jude. ) I'm using it in my preparation for Bible studies in the book of 1 Peter, and it has been helpful. Note however that it doesn't have leader's notes or """"answers"""" to the questions.
