    A most noble heir

An interesting story about a stable boy and a kitchen maid with a deep love for each other. Nolan grew up not knowing who his father was until his mother told him as she was dying. It happens to be the Earl for whom he works. Becoming a Duke he is forbidden to marry his sweetheart. They elope anyway and marry which causes a lot of heartache and drama. There is an ongoing Christian theme in the story which shows God working in their lives and ends in a new baby being born and a very happy family life.
